It also can be a podcast client to increase the number of channels with a big network already in place. Then you could have television shows play directly on your PC and stream them to your Xbox 360 onto your tv. It would also be nice if you could do this because then you will be able to also have DVR functionality and save or Tivo your favorite programs onto your Media Center PC by using joost.
